This policy explains how Jake Ng, operating this website under the BIZNAVIS brand, collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal data. BIZNAVIS is not currently an incorporated company.

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, topic and message. Other information you choose to provide by email, phone or WhatsApp becomes part of the relevant conversation. Do not submit identity numbers, payment details, passwords, medical records or other sensitive information through the general contact form.
Purpose and choice
We use the information only to answer enquiries, provide product or technical support, follow up partnerships, improve products and the website, and prevent spam or abuse. You must actively consent before submitting the form; if you do not agree, you may choose not to submit it.
Service providers and disclosure
The contact form uses hosting and email delivery providers to process and transmit messages. These providers may process technical data outside Malaysia. We do not sell personal data and disclose it only to provide the service, comply with law, protect security or with your consent.
Retention
General enquiry records are normally kept for no more than 12 months after the last substantive communication. Active support, partnership or legally required records may be kept longer. Information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Email providers may retain delivery records under their own service policies.
Security
We use reasonable access controls, environment-variable secrets, input validation, submission rate limits and a hidden anti-spam field. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure, so do not send sensitive or confidential information through the form.
Browser preferences and analytics
Your language choice is stored in browser localStorage so the interface language can be restored later. The website currently uses no advertising trackers or analytics. This policy and the relevant choices will be updated before those tools are enabled.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete contact information we hold, withdraw consent for further processing, or raise a question or complaint. Some records may be retained temporarily for legal obligations, dispute handling or security.
